How to create your own Vanilla Bean Powder Panna Cotta!**
Ingredients:
- 2 cups organic heavy cream
- ½ cup organic whole milk
- ½ cup organic granulated sugar
- 1 ½ tsp. of Groovy Bee® Organic Vanilla Bean Powder
- 2 ¼ tsp. of unflavored gelatin
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
Instructions:
- Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl. Allow it to bloom for a few minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar and vanilla bean powder. Heat the mixture over medium heat and stir occasionally until it simmers.
- Remove the cream mixture from the heat and let it steep for at least 15 minutes. Whisk in the fully bloomed gelatin powder until it’s dissolved.
- Strain the cream and gelatin mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any undissolved gelatin. Pour into ramekins or serving glasses.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until it’s set. Serve and enjoy!
Optional: You can top your deliciously sweet vanilla bean powder panna cotta with mixed berries.
