Ingredients: Organic Red Lentils

Cooking Instructions: Rinse 1 cup of lentils under cool water. Combine lentils with 3 cups of water or broth. Bring to a boil and add seasonings (garlic or bay leaves). Do not add salt at this stage. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-25 minutes until tender. Drain lentils, return to pan, and add salt to taste.
